A photo study with a so-so final result. Well, I guess I learned something, which is the whole point of the study whether the final piece looks shit or not. So it's been a good day for arting then I guess c:

ReplyDeleteSome things could have been pushed further, like the form on the hand. It's pretty much just one value and it makes it look pretty flat.
But it doesn't have too much of that smoky value thing you do, so that's a really good thing! Keep fighting it and when you've trained enough to get it away you'll see a big improvement.
Great study, keep it up.

Was that a spot you forgot to color or was it suppose to be that gray?
It was actually a shaded area with that colour. That's how it was on the photo :U
