Lizard photo study

A quick photo study and second picture in the 'draw one picture a day for a month' thing. Also going to finish off my sketch of my next portfolio piece before scanning it in c:
OH got my final 8mm ear stretching ring yesterday aaaa. Gonna stop on 8 mm for now and then try to think what kind of piercing I want next... though I probably wont get it for a while since I just want a bunch of art books and a new bag now. </materialistic moment>

A photo study with a so-so final result. Well, I guess I learned something, which is the whole point of the study whether the final piece looks shit or not. So it's been a good day for arting then I guess c:

Winging it

I've been kinda neglecting my digital studies but I'm trying to get the portfolio done as quick as possible... aaaand this weekend I kinda got addicted to Dragon Age 2 for a bit ( shaaame on me D: ) but I'm putting it on hold now so I can do my art. The next piece will probably be an angel like picture so I'm practising wings and feathers.
These are mostly studies from birds but one or two were referenced from drawings made by Johannes Voß.
